Tatum Construction Incorporated was founded in 1994 by owner, Clay Tatum.

A third generation home builder/developer, Mr. Tatum has 25 years experience in the building business. He has built a hundreds of projects from Restaurants, Hospital Additions/Renovations, Creative Use Tenant Improvements, Offices, Apartments, Condominiums, Tract Homes and Custom Homes.

Unlike many builders, we complete much of our own work in-house, allowing us to maintain high quality craftsmanship at competitive prices. With our own crews of full time skilled employees, we typically complete concrete, framing, finish carpentry and cabinetry.

Our offices and cabinet shop are located in Santa Monica, California.
